Sadly we hear regularly from customers who believe they were taken advantage by another pawn shop. Unfortunately, this plays directly into the negative stereotypes associated with pawnbroker's or pawn shops in general. It is our hope that we can work to change some of these stereotypes by explaining why and how pawn shops work the way they do.
Often it really comes down to proper communication between the interested parties. It is our hope that we can help to improve the general public's understanding of the pawn business. The first step in doing this is to challenge the philosophy that in order for one party to win the other party has to loose. We don't subscribe to this mindset and work each day to demonstrate one customer at a time that it simply isn't true.
