Have Us Receive Your Firearm!
If you are considering the purchase of a firearm online from one of the many firearm auction, classified ad or online "gun stores". The law requires the seller to send the purchased firearm to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the purchasers home state. This is done so that the purchaser can complete the required background check through a local firearms dealer. The purchaser has the option, in most cases, of deciding which FFL they want to receive their firearm and where they will go to conduct the mandatory background check.
Best Deal Gun and Pawn is happy to act as your receiving FFL. Our fee for this is forty dollars ($20.00), for the first firearm, plus the five dollar ($5.00) fee charged by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for processing your background check. The background check fee is charge only once per background check. You may put as many firearms on one background check as you like, provide the transfer of all firearms concerned take place on the same date.
Therefore, the total for us to receive a firearm would be $25.00 for the first firearm and $20.00 for each additional firearm, provided they are placed on the same background check and the transfer of each additional firearm takes place on the same day.
We will NOT receive firearms from the following "DEALERS" or Sellers!

Kyle's Gun Shop - Cincinnati, Ohio
The law requires that each time a firearm is transferred from a licensee to a non-licensee that a firearm locking device must be included as part of the transfer. If the firearm you are purchasing does not have a lock when it arrives at our store you will either have to supply your own, when you pickup the firearm, or you can purchase one of ours.
There is a mandatory three (3) day wait for the purchase of a firearm. The ONLY exceptions to this requirement are: 1). The purchaser holds a valid State of Florida Concealed Weapons Permit. 2). The purchaser trades in a similar firearm at the same time they are picking up their new firearm. These are the only exceptions! There are NO others!
In order to make this process as simple as possible we need you to answer one question first.
Is the person that you are purchasing the firearm from an FFL HOLDER or are they a private individual selling a firearm they personally own?
You need to ask this question since the answer effects how we will proceed with the firearm transfer. Once you know the answer to this question select the appropriate link below.
